Where we ship

We currently ship worldwide

Processing time

Orders are dispatched within 3 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are dispatched the next business day.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 8-12 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Customs processing, carrier delays and severe weather can add time.Shipping cost

Shipping is free on all orders.

Duties and taxes

 Import duties and taxes, where they apply, are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price at checkout. In practice, most orders under US$800 shipped to the United States clear without duty under the de minimis threshold, but we can't guarantee this and rules can change.

Packaging

Every order is boxed rather than bagged, to protect the dust jacket and corners in transit.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't redirect a parcel once it's dispatched, and orders returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address will be refunded minus the actual shipping cost incurred.

Lost parcels

If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, or shows delivered but nothing has arrived, contact us. We'll open an investigation with the carrier and either replace or refund your order.
